Tony Romas was a fun (and educational) project!

Tony Roma's was built by Venture Construction. It was an interesting project, as they all are very unique in their circumstances. As you can tell, we had fun doing this job and learned a few things along our way! Where's the pigs? Anyone seen the pigs?
The pigs! Ahhhh!
Alright, do you see those pigs? Better than that . . . see those windows?

If you've ever been to the OKC Tony Roma's (I'm not sure if they are all designed the same) after you enter the restaurant there's an opening above you. This is an attractive little scene . . . telephone lines strung across the opening, birds, a chandelier (if they call them that in a rib joint) and various other "obstacles". Cute pigs, though, huh?
Anyway, when we had first looked at the project to submit the proposal we didn't foresee that it would be any problem to clean these windows. Just bring in an extension ladder and we could have them done lickety-split. We had no idea that by the time we came in they would have created a virtual jungle-in-the-air.

Needless to say, we did clean the windows without a major disaster and my hair never did turn grey. We had to work directly from a two story ladder using an extention pole, dodging stuffed crows and metal pigs. There was no where to stand (unless of course you felt safe standing on 1/4" plywood and dancing around lighting fixtures on a twelve inch ledge) and believe me, when I was done, which was not lickety-split, I swore off of windows forever (I meant it at the time).
