SHINE Cleaning Services was established in 1995 by Dorothy Teddy and Julia August. Providing personal cleaning services to affluent homeowners and afterhours cleaning for small offices and banks, SHINE Cleaning Services was up and quickly running. After the first year, SHINE Cleaning Services condensed their spectrum of services and launched into commercial dwellings. After that, it wasn't long before they found their niche in construction cleaning.

Dorothy Teddy is co-owner of Shine Construction Cleaning. She is responsible for customer relations and the scheduling and supervision of crews.
In the early '80's, Dorothy owned and operated a fishing resort in northern Michigan. In the mid '80's she and her family relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma where she attended college for two years.
In 1997 Shine Cleaning Services developed into Shine Construction Cleaning Services and found it's groove in the commercial building industry.

Julia August, partner and co-founder of Shine, is responsible for bookkeeping and advertising. She enjoys the various aspects a business of this type offers but can't bear to do toilets.
Julia has lived in Oklahoma for over twenty-four years and been a resident of Mustang, Oklahoma since 1992.
She enjoys the challenge each new project brings. As a member of the Shine team, she is proud to offer professional cleaning services to quality companies, such as yours.
