Juli takes great care in wiping the cabinets so that the new tenants can move in. Even though construction dust manages to circulate through a project for months after completion, we give it our very best to make it SHINE NOW! There were 288 units in this complex (if my memory serves me correctly) and we finished up the clean before occupancy. Fun job -- beautiful apartments!

Well, it's no secret Dee is taller than Juli, but it is definately a benefit! Juli would have needed a one-story ladder just to reach these fans, whereas Dee can make use of her vertical giftedness and wipe the fans clean in one sweep. Good job, ladies! But you'd better hurry! These babies are leasing fast! This project was built by Gail Armstrong Construction and is evidence of their dedication to quality and detail.
