During the preparation stages, we cleaned window frames and shower ledges in subzero weather (there was no heat yet and the openings where the a/c units go allowed a steady stream of air to flow into the building). Our fingers were so frozen we thought they might shatter. It was unforgettable and we are very glad now we don't have to do it again.

We had a seven man crew (at times more, at times less) to handle the workload and we easily met the deadlines.
